Bike MS Waiver

AGE REQUIREMENTS > All riders must be at least 12 years of age as of the start date of the event. > All riders under 18 must have a signed and notarized waiver on file. Waivers must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. > All riders between the ages of 12-17 must be accompanied by a parent/responsible adult (at least 21 years of age) at all times. > If the child is on a tandem, all requirements above still apply. > No trailers, tagalongs or carriers allowed on route.

Our priority is to provide a safe ride experience for all participants. As a result, the National MS Society has instituted a policy that no one under the age of 12 will be permitted to ride in Bike MS.

Parents/guardians of children ages 12 to 17 must sign and have notarized a special waiver for minors (below). Download the waiver for minors. You will also receive it in the mail.
